Improving asset reliability and plant uptime.

Vermeer Reliability has extensive experience in improving asset reliability and plant uptime, trough the introduction of meaningful and fiscally sound predictive maintenance measures and systems.

There are lot of different approaches to improve reliability. Every company is at a different stage of understanding where they are in their reliability journey. We will learn where you are on that journey by doing an assassement and consult on how best to implement a Reliability Centered Management strategy tailored to your needs.

Our goal is to improve the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) of your assets.

A risk balanced, less invasive, data driven, business aligned, and standardized approach ensures your business gets the most value from your assets. It delivers sustainable improvements with a focused goal to improve performance in all areas.

Six Sigma is a method of increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of a process, i.e. doing the right things and doing things right. The purpose of the method is to reduce variation in processes to meet the specifications that the customer sets for the product or service.

The methodology consists of five phases, also referred to as the DMAIC methodology.

D = Define phase, this first phase describes the problem we are working on and the value to the company. The wishes of the customer are visualized.

M = Measure phase, in this phase we measure the process, we collect basic information about the process/product and we determine the improvement goals.

A = Analysis phase, in this phase you determine the main causes, those are the process factors that have the most influence on the process output.

I = Improve phase, we determine the best options to improve process performance and we test these solutions.

C = Control phase, the best solution is implemented and the project and new working methods are secured and transferred.
